I know this can sound like pure torture by not eating for 16 hours, but trust me, it really feels good. I, personally, do Intermittent Fasting every day because I have gotten my body used to it. I started out only skipping breakfast and ended up skipping breakfast and lunch and eating an early supper. I try to do a 16 or 18 hour fast every day, but if I get hungry, I stop the fast and eat. I listen to my body to help me judge what I need to do. No one can tell you the best way for you, because no one is the same.

I start out with my tablespoon of Bulletproof MCT oil that I ordered through Amazon and a large bottle of water to start my day. This is where Bulletproof coffee comes in. If you like it, you can have it as your breakfast. Like I said earlier, I just do not care for coffee. So, the MCT oil keeps me satiated until I eat dinner. That makes me a OMAD, {one meal a day}, Keto eater. Usually, I eat around 4:30 or 5:00, and I only eat approved foods listed on the Keto Chart. See below…
