I know this can sound like pure torture by not eating for 16 hours, but trust me, it really feels good. I, personally, do Intermittent Fasting every day because I have gotten my body used to it. I started out only skipping breakfast and ended up skipping breakfast and lunch and eating an early supper. I try to do a 16 or 18 hour fast every day, but if I get hungry, I stop the fast and eat.
